As a first step, architect's plans are converted into a 3D, structural CAD model, where all framing requirements are automatically calculated. Every item has its length calculated, along with the position of cut-outs, punch holes, and bracket positions. This pre-marking is what sets the system apart and makes possible the speed and accuracy of subsequent assembly and erection.

Part A (Structure) – light gauge steel systems are very well suited to meeting the proposed new requirements in relation to design for progressive collapse.
Part L (Thermal) – Fusion’s wall panels, typically achieve a U-value of <0.27 W/m2K – well in excess of the requirements.
