Our revolutionary, new StIF™ panels are supplied to site with fire retarded, EPS insulation fused between AND outside the studs, eliminating the need to fit insulation on site. Wall tie brackets are also factory fitted.

The panels have been fire tested at the Loss Prevention Council's facilities and the fire retarded eps in the panel, exceeded all expectations in its performance. Not only did the EPS fail to catch fire, there was little or no smoke produced during the test. What's more, any smoke that is produced is actually less toxic than the fumes from other materials normally found in a house - less toxic even than wood! Like all good ideas, the StIF™ panel looks simple - the 'obvious way to do it'. But the resulting panel - fully insulated, up to 8m long by 3m high and with complete flexibility in the positioning of openings, is truly ground breaking.

Warm Frame Construction

No vapor barrier is required on the inside with warm frame. The resulting wall is impervious to external water and maintains the dew-point temperature outside of the inner leaf thus avoiding any risk of interstitial condensation.
