Success for Fusion with Galliford Try at ‘Resorts World’ Birmingham

In 2015, Birmingham will see the opening of the UK’s first integrated destination leisure complex: Resorts World Birmingham

This £150m integrated leisure and entertainment complex will bring a wide range of exciting leisure and entertainment offers to visitors.

Dave Bayliss, Fusion Project Manager commented ” we undertook a project of around £250,000 which was completed in just over a few weeks and all went very well indeed. Working along side the other on-site contractors and the Galliford Try Management team was excellent and the team spirit throughout was superb.”

Graham Weatherley, Senior Project Manager at Galliford Try Plc has commented: I know that this was only a small project for you guys but the positive impact in using the Fusion system has had on the project is huge. Your system allowed us to save some 10 weeks (against more traditional block work). This also gave us an instant 90% Vertical Weatherproof line as soon as the panels were stood up which was critical to the internal process’s of the project.

Your production team were like a breath of fresh air with NO battles over anything really as they just wanted to install. They were obviously very skilled and with their experience you even improved on a programme that I had already squeezed you to the bone on, the flexibility of the installers must also be commended having to work in and around others and restricted hook time.

I think its fair to say that that your are a victim of your own success because as you will know that now any area’s that have been redesigned or needed reconfiguration the 1st question now is “Can Fusion do it?” which in many cases you have.
